The American Troubadour Project, Inc.
the songs and stories of the American journey
Our ongoing project series, Troubadour in the Classroom, brings American History alive through story and song. Our artists come directly to the students, performing in the classroom; often accompanied by period costumes and props. Period music, costume and songs are used to illustrate various chapters of American History.
Available units include:
The American Revolultion
The Civil War
From Slavery to Freedom: The African American Experience
Tall Ships: The Age of Sail
Pirates
